100% Natural WOOL BATTING 250g

100% Natural Wool Batting is a combination of Merino and Rambouillet fleece all from sheep here in Canada. Canadian wool is noticebly different as our sheep live in extreme temperatures and so their wool is loftier, fluffier, bulkier and often a better quality that other wools.

It's super soft and perfect for wet felting, needle felting and for stuffing cuddly toys and Waldorf dolls.

250g is typically the amount of batting to stuff 1 18-inch Waldorf doll.

I love batting for felting, both needle felting and wet felting. I love how easily it felts when needle felting and that it makes an excellent core mateial, too.

When making a 3D felted object I create the core out of batting and then do details and the final layer with Corriedale of Merino roving.
