Stockmar watercolour paints make their mark with their excellent scumbling properties, natural transparency and lightfastness.
What is "scumbling"? I'm happy you asked.
Scumbling is to modify (a painting or color) by applying a very thin coat of opaque paint to give a softer or duller effect. ie: "The area surrounding the main figures will be scumbled"
Stockmar Watercolour Paints have been tried and tested in art education, at school and kindergarten.
These non-toxic paints are long-lasting and remain completely water soluble when dry.
