The Kitsky Combo Set is a set of 3 kitsky or wax stylus - 1 each of heavy, medium and light, which refers to the weight of the line they will each draw.
Kitsky are for applying designs with wax on eggs to make a Ukrainian Easter Egg or Pysanka. They are a simple yet effective tool .
Heat the kitsky in the flame of a candle, when hot scoop a small bit of beeswax into the cup and the wax will melt and "draw" on an egg when applied with the kitsky.
The size of the kitsky determines the weight of the line made.
I've found that the heavier the weight the easier it is to get the hang of applying the wax especially if you're new to this craft.
